  1. How do I Pay for you the order ? Is it security ?

      PayPal, Western Union & Wire transfer. For the first trial orders, PayPal would be recommend priority and your transaction would be protected all the way.

  1. Can you print my own design on the cushion cover or other products ?

      We are able to print designs on different fabrics and we accept trial order with mixed designs. Just write us a mail.

  1. Is it possible to add a label or tag on the cushion covers?

      Sure, we could order woven label with brand logo, care instruction label and stitch them on cushions. Also, an unique swing tag or box packages could be supplied. Please note it will have extra cost for those label or tag.

  1. Is it possible to get a sample before order ?

      We are pleased to offer samples for quality access. Please contact our staff for help.

  1. How long does it take to receive my order ?

      All stocked items will be shipped within 7 days. Please understand it may take longer complete and ship a custom order.

      6.Which shipping agent you cooperated ?

      We ship all the wholesale orders through DHL / UPS / FedEx. Please do advise normal address for delivery. PO box address is not acceptable by those express agent.

  1. What’s your refund and returns policy ?

      We are proud of the our products and ensure they are of high end quality. If by chance there are any faulty ones, please take some photos and show them to our staff within 5 days of receipt of your order. We’ll refund or replace shortly.

      However, for custom orders, we won’t refund once bulk production completed if you would like to change your mind on the size, color, designs, material or etc.
